NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract under a total small business set-aside to partner with a national education agency for the Bring Nuclear Fission to Light program. The objective is to strengthen relationships between Navy Talent Acquisition Group STEM Sailors and high schools by distributing Navy-sponsored Nuclear Chemistry educational materials to students in grades 10 through 12. The contractor is responsible for the creative development of curriculum assets, the production and fulfillment of 250 physical instructional kits, and the provision of scalable digital access for at least 250 additional educators across 50 states. The scope also includes program outreach, educator enrollment, and the delivery of a final impact report in March 2027 based on student and educator surveys. The anticipated period of performance runs from October 30, 2026, through April 1, 2027, with deliverables accepted at the Navy Recruiting Command in Millington, Tennessee.
