The purpose of this requirement is to procure actuarial support services for three (3) Complexity Level IV Pension Plans.


As described in the previously published Special Notice of the same title, due to the context and nature of work, this is a:


Sole Source Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. 


In performance of this contract, the contractor shall provide actuarial expertise to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks associated with the valuation of termination benefits under Title IV of ERISA of 1974 for the three (3) Complexity Level IV Pension Plans identified in the Statement of Work. 


The Tasks performed under the Statement of Work (SOW) are:


Task 1 - Benefit Statements and Retirement Statements (BSRS)
Task 2 - Actuarial Case Reports (ACR)
Task 3 - Post-Valuation Support
Task 4 - Information Technology Program
Task 5 – Program Management
