QUESTIONS Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing electronically to adam.powell@fda.hhs.gov. Questions must be received no later than March 18, 2022 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Food and Drug Administration's Veterinary Laboratory Investigation and Response Network (Vet-LIRN) Program investigates complaints of animal illness after exposure to FDA- regulated products (e.g., animal foods and drugs). During an investigation, Vet-LIRN routinely tests animal diagnostic samples (e.g., tissue and blood) at network laboratories. Occasionally, Vet-LIRN may need to test foods, drugs, or other matrices for nutritional and toxicologicalcomposition, to understand how reported products may have contributed to the animal's illness. Vet-LIRN laboratories may not offer tests on these matrices. Therefore, Vet-LIRN requires a laboratory that can test animal foods, drugs, and other matrices for nutritional and toxicological composition. **NOTE: Reference attachment titled, "Amendment 001 - RFQ_Sol_75F40122Q00002," for complete combined synopsis/solicitation.**
