THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has future requirements for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for federal offenders at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Beckely, West Virginia. Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, Outpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Institution (On-Site Physician) Services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 (Size Standard: $38.5 million). It is anticipated that the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will consist of a base year from date of award (DOA) through 12 months from DOA . A Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide these services may be developed, and a BPA may or may not result. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse or pay a respondent for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A Market Survey Questionnaire is included and responses are due on or before July 18, 2016. All future information about the acquisitions, including solicitations and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding the potential acquisitions. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
