The Department of Justice, through the Federal Bureau of Prisons, has issued solicitation 15B60826P00000121 for Comprehensive Medical Services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Phoenix. This is a sole-source, non-competitive interim award to the incumbent provider, NaphCare, to ensure continuity of care for the inmate population. The scope of work includes inpatient and outpatient physician care, dental, mental health, and community-based healthcare services. The contract is valued at $235,527.34 and utilizes a firm-fixed-unit-price structure based on prior option year four rates. The period of performance is scheduled from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
