The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for federal offenders housed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Milan, Michigan. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Physician Services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 (Size Standard: $34.5 million). The anticipated contract type is indefinite delivery requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base and four-one year option periods, if exercised, are as follows: estimated 120 inpatient days and 200 outpatient visits. The solicitation will be made available on/or about August 10, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website.
