SMC/PKE has a requirement for new Computer Instructor Services. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a "Request for Quote". Award will be made to the contractor who meets the specifications set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) of this solicitation in accordance to guidance from the Department of Labor, Wage Determination List (Service Act of 1965 - (SCA). Past Performance will be evaluated based on relevance of the work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and regency; work performed within the last three years. Past Performance will be significant more important then Price in the evaluation process. This proposed contract is being considered as a set-aside under the small business set-aside program. The NAICS Code is 611420 and the Size Standard $11M. The government is interested in all small businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures utilizing FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price award will be made in accordance with the tentative schedule described in the description section of this solicitation.
