This is a pre-solicitation announcement for Request for Quote (RFQ) 490430 to acquire quotes for a contractor to supply and install a computer room air conditioning (CRAC) unit. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and miscellaneous materials necessary to install and commission a CRAC unit at an FBI facility located in Buffalo, NY. The contractor shall provide and install a CRAC unit that is equivalent to one (1) eight (8) ton Stulz Air Technology Precision Environment Control Unit with the following features: (1) Down flow configuration; (2) Top Return; (3) Condensate pump; and (4) 18" floor stand. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price contract for the requirements as set forth in the RFQ. Both performance and payment bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
