Computerized Maintenance Management System

Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Office of Facilities Management is issuing Request for Information 2000004463 to identify qualified providers for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The objective is to replace an existing SQL database with a comprehensive solution to manage approximately 250 schools, support facilities, and administrative buildings totaling 28 million square feet. The system must support roughly 1,000 users and provide core functionalities including work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset and inventory management, employee management, reporting and analytics, and time and attendance tracking. Technical requirements include mobile accessibility for iOS and Android, a purchase order module, and the ability to migrate historical operational data. This RFI is a market research effort and not a formal procurement venue; therefore, no contract awards or pre-qualifications will be made based on the responses. Required information includes company overviews, product capabilities, integration details, implementation timelines, and rough cost estimates for licensing and maintenance.
