Notice is hereby given that City of Hazleton will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 A.M, prevailing time on Monday, August 12, 2024, for the Conahan and Powell Drive Reconstruction Project, at which time the bids received will be opened via PennBID. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for the mobilization and construction of the full-depth reclamation of Conahan and Powell Drives, which includes driveway adjustments, replacement of cross pipes, improvements of swales and roadway drainage, and maintenance and protection of traffic. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) beginning at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, July 19, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply to this contract.
