The Purpose of this bid is to select a qualified “Flat Work Concrete Specialty Contractor” to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the installation of concrete sidewalks, slabs, footers, driveways, driveway aprons, combination curb and gutters as well as other such types of “flat work” concrete installations at various facilities countywide, per specifications. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of the volume of services that may be required. SBSC will issue a purchase order on an “as needed” basis and does not guarantee a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended on any contract resulting from this procurement item. SBSC reservices the right to make awards on a lowest price basis by individual item, group of items, all or none, or a combination; with one or more Contractors: to reject all offers or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids received.
