Through the "Procurement Opportunities News Letter", i.e. The New York State Contract Reporter, the University requested an exemption from initially publishing this contract opportunity in the procurement opportunities newsletter, in accordance with Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law, and the Office of the State Comptroller has granted the exemption under CRER ID: CNY01-0000593-3330215 for the University to contract with NY Resource Center Condominium for the period of 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2031.
