This is being issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 13 under simplified acquisition procedures for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED separate from this announcement. Solicitation number EE-133E-14-RQ-0666 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). You may submit your written quote on company letter head or on a Standard Form 1449. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511110. Size standard is 500 employees. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Environmental Satellite data and Information Service., Field Delegate Requires the following Congressional and Legislative Support: - Online access to near-real-time news and analyses of Congressional events that directly affect its ability to secure sufficient appropriations to support its programs and partner agencies (NASA, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, Department of the Interior and Department of Agriculture) - Daily and weekly analysis of Congressional budget and appropriations. - Real-time and daily reports of significant congressional actions related to Congressional budget and appropriations. - Access to archives of Congressional news and analysis, specifically appropriations and budget spanning at least 5 years. - Access to the following Congressional products which are dynamically and regularly updated and fully searchable online: o Daily Budget/Appropriations Tracker o Congressional Record o Congressional Research Service reports o Government Accountability Office reports o Member and staff profiles and directories to include Congressional distrct and State profiles and directories o Congressional calendars o Congressional Committee membership and jurisdiction amendments o Hearing transcripts within 24-72 hours of a hearing o On-going and constant status updates of floor activities Offeror's shall submit the following additional information as part of their quote: 1. Itemized pricing for each Line Item listed above; If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments. Note that the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards resulting from this RFQ. Offerors shall price their proposals for each component offered. The Government may make individual awards for the items or combinations of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative costs. The Period of Performance for the requirement will be date of award through 12-months with 4 additional 12-month option periods with the action dates to be specified at award.
