Consistency Determination (CD) 26-002

The City of Livermore is pursuing Consistency Determination 26-002 to accept a land donation for the development of a new trailhead. This project is designed to align with the city's General Plan 2045, and an initial environmental review has been completed to ensure the proposal meets these planning standards. The proposed trailhead is expected to feature approximately 18 parking spaces, bike racks, drinking fountains, and an information kiosk. While the current phase focuses on General Plan consistency, the final development of the trailhead will require a separate Site Plan Design Review entitlement to proceed.
