This is a pre-solicitation notice for planning purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation for a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contract to provide consolidated Army Community Services (ACS) at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy. The anticipated ordering period is five (5) years.

The primary services include: Lending Closet Management, Front Desk Support, Bilingual Support (English/Italian), Orientation Tours, Italian Language Instruction, and English as a Second Language (ESL) Instruction.
