The new multi-story facility will support current and future Lightweight and Heavy weight Torpedo and Defensive System Program RDT&E operations. The facility will be approximately 18,000 sq ft to include high bay industrial lab space and secure office/personnel space. The building will be designed to e reconfigurable to properly maintain and incorporate future program specific equipment and testing devices as they are developed and needed. Demolition of build 1272 with a total of 10,000 sq ft will also occur in the scope of work for this project.
