The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) extend submission deadline from July 17, 2026 to July 31, 2026;
2) provide a disclosure of magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000; and,
3) attach the following applicable documents:
- AD 21: Conceptual Layout Plan,
- AD 22: Area Site Plan, and
- AD 23: Site Utility Plan.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
NOTE:
All submitted RFIs are currently undergoing technical and administrative review by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) program and contracting team.
Government responses to all timely RFIs along with any associated updates will be formally published and incorporated into the solicitation via Amendment 0002.
Offerors are instructed to monitor the government point of entry (SAM.gov) regularly for the release of Amendment 0002.

Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active registration in SAM.GOV.

A controlled attachment requires special handling due to the information it contains.
