FA4528-11-R-0034 The 5th Contracting Squadron requires Constructing an Addition to Building 973 at Minot AFB, ND. The work is 30% mechanical, 15% electrical, and 55% general. The statement of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 240 calendar days. Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one-year Warranty of Construction will be applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236210 (Industrial Building Construction); The Business Size Standard is $33,500,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available without charge only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office.
