"Scope of Work: 1) construct second outlet box and pipings between Cantonement Lagoon 1, 2, & 3, F-244. This action will increase the flow capacity of the pipings between the treatment lagoon and address the hydraulic deficiency at the Cantonement WWTP. (2) Replace Existing waste water lagoon ponds liner of module #1, #2 & #3 and polishing pond, includes to remove / pump out accumulated water and remove / dispose sludge to incinerator. (3) Remove / re-install mechanical pond aerators 4) Remove / re-install mechanical pond aerators electrical supply wires. "
