The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District is preparing to solicit competitive bids for the construction of a TOC pad at the 88th RD COL Paul G. Schulstad U.S. Army Reserve Center in Arlington Heights, Illinois, under solicitation number W912EK26BA016. This is a pre-solicitation notice issued under the 8(a) competed set-aside program, with responses accepted until July 31, 2026, and no submissions will be evaluated at this stage. The contracting office is located in Rock Island, Illinois, with Jocelyn Rain as the primary point of contact.
