MBDA is seeking a subscription for a commercial-off-the-shelf subscription to research and monitor construction projects located within the Continental United States. MBDA anticipates using this subscription to supports its efforts to better support its MBE clients doing business in the construction industry. The commercial construction research database shall be a web-based subscription used by the MBDA and its network of business centers to research current/pending construction projects, both public and private, of varying size and geographic location. MBDA foresees using information obtained from this subscription to assist in pursuing/evaluating construction related procurement opportunities. The vendor shall provide a commercial-off-the shelf subscription for a web-commercial construction research database. The vendor shall provide a minimum of fifty-five (55) user's unique access to the aforementioned system for the entirety of the subscription period. The vendor shall provide for product support and user training for the commercial construction research database for a period of one (1) subscription year.
