The New York State Office of General Services, Design & Construction (OGS D&C) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from entities (Offerors) interested in submitting proposals to provide Pre-Construction, Construction Management, and Construction phase services for this Project in accordance with the Phase Two Request for Proposals (RFP) documents (reference Section 1.2 Procurement Process Overview). The primary goal for this project is to reconfigure and update floors five (5) through eight (8) to follow the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) adult design guidelines and patient safety standards. The renovations will address ligature risks in all patient-use areas and create observation desks to provide better sightlines throughout each unit. In addition to the reconfiguration of space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems will be upgraded and modified to improve flexibility and control of those systems.
