Construction Manager at Risk for New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center

Tarrant County is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee the construction of the New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center at 1005 Scotland Avenue in Azle, Texas. The project includes the development of an Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Fleet Building, Covered Storage, Fuel Island, and Covered Parking Areas. The selected CMAR will assume full responsibility for construction execution at the contracted price, acting as the general contractor while also providing advisory services during any project redesign phases.
