The Town of Somers, Connecticut (“Town”), on behalf of Somers Public Schools (“BOE”), invites qualified firms and individuals to provide comprehensive Qualifications and Proposals for Construction Management Services (“CM”) associated with the design and construction in the Somers Elementary School for the HVAC systems upgrades at Somers Elementary School located at 4 Vision Boulevard, Somers, Connecticut (the “Project”). A School Building Committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen will be overseeing this project (the “SBC”).
