Each tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RM315-2026-02 Tender” and addressed to the attention of Brian Stang. Electronic tenders will also be accepted by email at [email protected]. The email subject line must clearly identify “RM315-2026-02 Tender.” Bidders will receive an email acknowledgment confirming receipt of their submission. If an acknowledgment is not received, bidders are encouraged to follow up before the tender closing time to confirm that their submission was received. Confidentiality of emailed documents cannot be guaranteed, and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with electronic communication.
