Sealed bids for construction of the Man O' War Trail Phase VII will be received until Tuesday, November 10th at 10:00am local time. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Base Cost of all Bids shall be published to the QuestCDN website no later than 30 minutes after the closing time. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor, tools, materials, equipment, etc. necessary to install an asphalt paved multi-use path and site amenities as shown on the construction plans. More specifically, the work shall consist of grading and asphalt paving for a 10' wide multi-use path, roughly eight (8) miles in length along an abandoned railroad bed. Other project components include wooden guard railing, crosswalks, driveway replacement, and signage, all in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
