Construction of Two (2) Cemetery Columbaria and Two (2) Granite Benches

The City of Clermont, Florida, through its Public Services - Public Works department, is soliciting bids under RFB 27-010 for the construction, furnishing, delivery, and installation of two gray granite cemetery columbaria and two gray granite benches at Oak Hill Cemetery. The project has a budget of $80,000 and requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Each columbarium must be double-sided with a total of 48 niches and a base measuring 7ft-4in x 3ft-4in x 8in. The polished granite benches must feature a top seat of 48in x 14in x 4in. The successful contractor must comply with OSHA standards, Florida E-Verify statutes, and cybersecurity requirements per Florida Executive Order 22-216. Bids must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov Portal by November 5, 2026, and must include a W-9, proof of insurance, work references, and a conflict of interest disclosure. A minimum one-year warranty from the date of final acceptance is required.
