Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and construction services necessary for the installation of new Units 5 and 6 simple cycle CTG packages and all associated BOP equipment into the south powerblock area at TBGS as per LES Specifications (Appendices 1, 2, & 3) included in this solicitation.
 
Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and 4) Complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form.
 
The complete “Issued for Bid” drawing and specification package will be issued as Addendum 1 in early October for bidders’ use in developing their bid responses. Any updates to the currently posted specification sections and project drawings will be identified on the Addendum 1 summary page when issued, with no updates currently expected. No updates to the commercial terms are anticipated as part of update.
