The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting proposals for a consultant to perform construction services relating to the installation of Evaporative Cooler and associated equipment on the Roseville Peaker Plant (RPEAK) TM2500 units based on the tasks specified in Section 4.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES, under the direction of Roseville Electric (RE) and its agents. Services identified for this project are required to be performed between 11/1/2025 and 12/15/2025. These dates may be changed, as determine by RE, with reasonable notice given to consultants and/ or contractors. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
