The City is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full multidisciplinary professional consulting services, either in-house or through approved subconsultants, for the planning, design, site preparation, tendering, and construction administration services associated with the development of a new storage warehouse and office building at the Vic Rempel Yards.
All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at https://saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system. Award notification will be posted to the electronic bidding system. Submission Deadline: 2:00:59 p.m. CST, Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
