Email Connector Solution

The City of Saskatoon is undertaking an Information Management initiative focused on improving enterprise information governance and records management. As part of this initiative, the City is implementing a governance framework to support the secure management, retention, accessibility, and lifecycle control of business information across the organization. To support these objectives, the City is evaluating solutions that enable users to capture and file email messages and attachments from Microsoft Outlook into SharePoint Online in a manner that supports information governance, records management, metadata management, retention, and compliance requirements. Through this RFI, the City is seeking information on available email connector solutions, including their capabilities, implementation approaches, support models, and pricing.
All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at https://saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system. Award notification will be posted to the electronic bidding system. Submission Deadline: 2:00:59 p.m. CST, Friday, September 18, 2026.
