The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Auditor-Controller is seeking proposals from qualified parties interested in contracting with the County of Riverside, Auditor-Controller to provide Consultant Tax Services. Proposer will provide audit assistance to the County by evaluating tax payments to identify refunds and credits. The Proposer shall review all prior and current tax years open under the applicable statute of limitations, up to and including the maximum period allowed. Proposer will prepare report(s) to document refund/credits or amend returns. Proposer will review departments of the County of Riverside as designated by the Auditor-Controller. The review will relate to all claims relating to tax periods of 07/01/2024 through 06/30/2027 with the option to renew for three year, each year renewable in one-year increments. In addition, Proposer will provide audit assistance to the County as outlined in the Scope of Services. The County of Riverside has the right to split this bid among multiple Contractors.
