This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual." The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award one (1) contract for Consultative services of a Psychologist to support policy development for the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program. The services will be on an as and when required basis. The initial contract period is for one (1) year from contract award, with up to two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. This RFP contains security requirements.
