The project involves replacing approximately 250 meters of 450mm storm main and requires the consultant to evaluate and recommend alternative drainage options, such as open ditches or closed systems, to ensure current and future capacity requirements are met. Key deliverables include preliminary and detailed design stages, tendering services, construction engineering with approximately 400 hours of inspection, and post-construction services including record drawings and a one-year warranty walkthrough. All work must adhere to the City of Maple Ridge Design Criteria Manual and Master Municipal Construction Documents. The contract is anticipated to begin in October 2026, with final tender packages due by April 2027 and construction completion targeted for November 30, 2027.
