City of Prince George (the “City) invites submissions from qualified consultants demonstrating their interest, relevant expertise and capability for the inspection and condition assessment of the sanitary sewer infrastructure, specifically, PW106 (60 years old), PW115 (49 years old), and PW126 (45 years old). Based on the findings of the condition assessment the Consultant shall perform preliminary engineering design and cost estimates for the recommended life cycle rehabilitation and replacement. These studies and recommendations are required to provide continued long term reliable sanitary sewer services to the City. The Consultant will be responsible to implement and carry out a plan of services that adheres to prescribed regulations, while providing the highest level of services at the City.The City will have the option to renew the Contract with the Consultant for any further inspection and condition assessment of the sanitary sewer infrastructure. Possible projects over the next four (4) years includes: PW101 (59 years old), PW117 (47 years old), PW103 (67 years old), PW105 (61 years old), PW102 (68 years old), PW109 (57 years old), PW113 (58 years old), PW120 (47 years old), PW116 (52 years old), PW112 (58 years old), PW110 (57 years old), and PW107 (51 years old).
