This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The 354 Fighter Wing, Eielson AFB, AK is seeking information concerning the availability of capable small business contractors to provide custodial services for Eielson AFB's Contingency Dormitories. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. If your firm is capable of providing the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a capability statement to 2Lt Kazden Ikehara (Primary) at kazden.ikehara.1@us.af.mil or SSgt Mark Chranowski (Alternate) at mark.chranowski@us.af.mil. by 24 February 2012, 1200 PM Alaska Standard Time. The capability statement should include general information and technical background describing your firm's experience in contracts requiring similar efforts to meet the program objectives. The following information is requested: 1) Company Cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address; 2) Approximate annual gross revenue; 3) Any small business status (i.e 8(a), HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Women Owned, etc.); 4) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Governments Contracts. The Government plans to use the internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that Contingency Dormitory Cleaning Services are performed at Eielson AFB, AK, in a manner that shall maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The areas to be serviced daily are limited to common areas of the listed facilities including entrances, outside trash containers, stairwells, dayrooms, hallways, lounges, laundry rooms, and common restrooms/showers. The contractor shall clean individual rooms and private restrooms as directed by the Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP). The contractor shall perform a cleaning of all common areas and individual rooms and private restrooms during the period of performance to include; initial and final cleaning as directed by the QAP. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
