Continuation of services for Subject Matter Expert I (Shenita-Ann Grymes)

This contract provides for the continuation of services for a Subject Matter Expert to support the District of Columbia Department of Health EHDI Team. The primary objective is to ensure newborns are screened by one month of age, diagnosed by three months, and enrolled in early intervention services by six months. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with families and providers to maintain this timeline and conducting extended follow-ups for newborns identified as deaf or hard of hearing or those with other screening-related issues. In addition to family and provider support, the contractor manages and updates the DC EHDI Programs tracking system.
