The objective of this contract is to provide an experienced high-voltage electrical system line crew that will maintain, repair, modify, and construct the overhead and underground electrical systems. Provide emergency outage repair. The estimated percentages of work performed at SCIP-PD is 70% and the remainder 30% at CR-ES. Within, the estimated percentages of work involved will be 60% troubleshooting and repair, 20% maintenance, 15% construction, and 5% emergency response. The emergency response outages are generally from adverse weather conditions, and at times, in Arizona heat approaching 120F.
