After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of Cured-in-Place Pipe in sanitary sewer mains totaling approximately 3,432 linear feet. Sewer cleaning and televising is to be included as part of this contract. Any and all steel products used or supplied in the performance of the contract or any subcontracts shall be from steel made in the United States. The Antietam Valley Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.
