Bids shall be opened shortly thereafter with the results made available via PennBid. A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the North Street Bridge location in McDonald, Robinson Township, Pennsylvania 15057.
