A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 19th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Veterans Park in Burgettstown Borough across the street from 1703 N Main Street, Burgettstown Borough, PA Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Borough of Burgettstown, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance.
