Copier maintenance Canon Description: This is a total small business set-aside to procure copy machine maintenance services for the Flathead National Forest Supervisor's office and Hungry Horse Ranger District for 2 Canon copiers. The copiers are as follows; 1 IRC5030, SN EUV00689 with meter reading 518,406/576,358, located in Kalispell, MT. This machine uses approximately 110,000 color copies and 110,000 black and white copies per year. The second machine is IRC5045, SN EUK50183 with 295,086/77,638 meter reading located in Hungry Horse MT. This machine uses approximately 100,000 black and white copies and 40,000 color copies per year. Service will be expected within 6 hours of call. A certified Canon mechanic will be required. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing labor, equipment as necessary to repair, supervision, transportation, operating supplies (toner), and all incidentals necessary to provide copier maintenance. Estimated start work date is December 1, 2015. The maintenance will run for 1 year. Authority for this procurement is FAR 13.16(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Any firm that believes it can provide the specialized services listed may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining if there are other sources that could provide these services. Prospective awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal contract.
