AI Contract Overview
Copper Valley Community Library is seeking bids for Category 1 bundled transport and Internet Access with download speeds ranging from 50Mbps to 1Gbps, as well as Category 2 Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS). Category 1 bids must specify the transport method, whether circuits are dedicated or shared, and include details on data caps and overage charges. Category 2 requirements focus on equipment and licensing for bandwidth quotas, usage tracking, device prioritization, and content filtering. All bids must clearly separate eligible costs from ineligible costs and provide one-year pricing options, though multi-year or month-to-month agreements may be considered. Bids must be submitted within 35 days of the Form 470 posting date to be considered. To avoid disqualification, successful bidders must agree to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via a Service Provider Invoice. Additionally, all contracts must include language stating that the agreement is contingent upon state or federal funding. Vendors may bid on either or both categories, but must clarify if the Category 2 services are required to obtain the Category 1 service.
