This correction notice updates the pre-solicitation requirements for the acquisition of projection equipment intended for the U.S. Embassy Ankara. Due to the unavailability of previously identified models, the government has specified a new requirement for one Christie 4K2100-JS TAA-compliant projector and one Christie 0.9-1.3:1 short zoom lens for the Jazz/Korus Series. Both items must be factory-new, genuine OEM products provided with manufacturer warranties. The equipment must be delivered in its original packaging, consolidated into a single export-worthy outer crate, and shipped FOB Destination to the U.S. Despatch Agency in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The procurement is structured as an open-market, unrestricted, firm-fixed-price acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13, utilizing a lowest-priced-technically-acceptable evaluation method. This notice serves as a pre-solicitation update only and does not constitute a request for quotations. All other previously announced acquisition terms remain in effect, and formal solicitation documents, including revised brand-name documentation and specific quotation instructions, will be released separately via SAM.gov.

CORRECTION NO. 1 – REVISED CHRISTIE PROJECTOR AND LENS

The purpose of this update is to correct the exact Christie projector and projection lens identified in the original pre-solicitation notice for PR16147401 / RFQ 19TU1526Q3892. The products previously identified are no longer available for the Government’s planned acquisition and are superseded by the following current-production items:

Projector: One (1) Christie 4K2100-JS, TAA-compliant configuration, manufacturer P/N 171-085104-01.

Lens: One (1) Christie 0.9–1.3:1 short zoom lens for Jazz/Korus Series, manufacturer P/N 140-159106-01.

The projector and lens must be factory-new, unused, genuine OEM products furnished with applicable manufacturer warranties. Each item must remain in its respective OEM packaging, and both packages must be consolidated into one export-worthy outer crate for FOB Destination delivery to the U.S. Despatch Agency in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

All other announced acquisition terms remain unchanged. The planned procurement will be an open-market commercial-product acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13; unrestricted, with no set-aside; firm-fixed-price; all-or-none; and evaluated using a lowest-priced-technically-acceptable method.

This remains a pre-solicitation notice only. Quotations are not requested in response to this update. The formal RFQ, revised brand-name documentation, delivery requirements, and quotation instructions will be published separately on SAM.gov.
