RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service is posting a correction to Intent to Award notices for AG-5114-D-09-0078, AG-5114-D-09-0079, AG-5114-D-09-0080, and AG-5114-D-09-0082. All were posted with an incorrect NAICS code. The correct NAICS code is 541310. These task orders were awarded against an existing indefinite quantity for A-E services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services. The selection of Bailey Edward Design was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs. These opportunities were available only under the above Task Orders.
