Cosmetology and Barber Supplies

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the provision and delivery of cosmetology and barber shop supplies to Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) facilities. TDOC intends to establish a contract with a term of thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional one-year renewal periods.
