Costera Northern California Operation Facility

Castera Waste & Environmental, Inc. is proposing to establish a Northern California operational headquarters in Rio Vista, California, to support environmental contracting services including the transportation of non-hazardous and hazardous waste and to operate as an Exempt Transfer Facility.
