Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division intends to issue a modification, on a sole source basis, to extend the period of performance of contract N61331-08-C-0032 with The Boeing Company, St. Charles, MO. This contract extensionmodification will extend the contract period of performance by four (4) years from 01 OCT 2013 to to 30 SEP 2017 and increase the contract ceiling by approximately $33.3M. This modification will extend the Countermine System (CMS) design, engineering development, fabrication anddevelopment and test effort, of the Countermine System (CMS) as well as consisting of the additionadd of engineering services, support needed to necessary to complete emerging requirements and add a the provisional item ordering line to provide the ability to acquire test equipment, and destructive test assets and other logistical requirementsmaterials, if neededas required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this period of performance and ceiling increase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice is due 15 days from the date of this publication.
