RTD maintains stormwater treatment infrastructure to support regulatory compliance, protect water quality, and ensure the long-term functionality of its facilities and surrounding drainage systems. This project is intended to establish a proactive, reliable maintenance program that minimizes sediment buildup, prevents system failures, and reduces the risk of pollutant discharge into municipal storm drain systems and receiving waters. RTD is seeking a qualified vendor with demonstrated experience in stormwater infrastructure maintenance, environmental compliance, and detailed reporting practices. DIR / Prevailing Wage Requirements This project may be subject to the provisions of the California Labor Code regarding prevailing wages. If applicable, the Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with all requirements of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), including but not limited to contractor registration pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, payment of prevailing wages pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1770 et seq., and submission of certified payroll records pursuant to Labor Code Section 1776. Contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project must be registered with the DIR and maintain active registration for the duration of the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable labor compliance requirements, including prevailing wage determinations, apprenticeship requirements, and certified payroll reporting through the DIR online system.
