COV - Multi‑Disciplinary Design Team Framework 2027

Coventry City Council is establishing a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Framework under solicitation COV26135 to provide architectural design services and consultancy support. The primary objective of this framework is to support the Council's ongoing school expansion programme, while also allowing various other service areas to call off design support for additional capital project requirements. The total estimated value of the contract is 5,000,000 GBP excluding VAT. The procurement follows an open procedure with an award decision based on a weighted criteria of 60 percent quality and 40 percent price. The framework is scheduled for an initial term from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2029, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions, potentially extending the performance period to January 31, 2031. Services will undergo reviews in the second and third years to inform these extension decisions. Work will be awarded through either direct awards or further competition among framework suppliers.
